Our stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartment “Jane” sets a new standard in terms of individuality and design: 31.5 square meters of urban jungle in lush green tones and lots of wood. We have accommodated everything you need: a comfortable double bed, a floor-to-ceiling closet, a cozy couch and a great kitchen with dining and work table. But the highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the balcony / conservatory integrated into the apartment: 2 large, fully opening window fronts to the bustling streets of one of Dresden’s most sought after neighbourhoods make this apartment so truly unique.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern building in the middle of the lively Dresden Neustadt in – in the immediate vicinity of the Alaunpark and the popular Kunsthofpassage. Numerous boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as several streetcar stops are within walking distance. A much sought-after parking space in the double parking of the in-house underground garage is included, the rental of a basement compartment for 50€ per month is also possible.
